You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age to open an account and place wagers on ids188. Age verification may be requested at any time.
All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Supported methods include BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Standard withdrawals carry zero fees.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements stated at the time of the offer. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the stated rollover is met. ids188 reserves the right to amend or withdraw promotions at any time.
Each member may hold only one account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. ids188 cannot be held liable for unauthorized access resulting from credential mismanagement.
Collusion, arbitrage betting, bonus abuse, use of automated software, and any form of fraud are strictly prohibited. Accounts found in violation will be immediately suspended and balances forfeited.

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

2.2 ids188 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age, identity, or residency at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in Account suspension and withholding of withdrawals pending resolution.
2.3 The Platform strictly prohibits participation by individuals under the age of 21. Any Account found to have been registered by an underage individual will be immediately closed, and all deposits will be returned to the originating payment method after deducting any Real Funds used in wagers. Bonus Funds associated with such accounts will be forfeited entirely.
Age Enforcement: ids188 employs automated and manual age-verification checks. We cooperate with payment processors to flag accounts where the registered cardholder or account holder does not match the stated age. Attempting to circumvent age verification is a serious breach of these Terms and may be referred to relevant authorities.
3.1 Each individual may register only one (1) Account on the ids188 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, device identifiers, payment methods, or personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all balances across the duplicated accounts.
3.2 During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, valid Indonesian mobile number, date of birth, and preferred bank account or e-wallet details. ids188 may rely on the information you provide when processing deposits and withdrawals; inaccurate information is provided at your own risk.
3.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. ids188 will treat any activity conducted via your Account as having been carried out by you, unless you have notified us of unauthorized access within a reasonable time of becoming aware of such access.
3.4 If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorization, you must contact the ids188 support team immediately via Live Chat or email. ids188 cannot be held liable for losses arising from unauthorized access where such access resulted from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
3.5 KYC verification may be triggered at any stage of the Account lifecycle — at registration, before the first withdrawal, following a change in payment details, or upon reaching specific activity thresholds. Documents typically requested include a government-issued photo identification and proof of ownership of the registered payment method.
4.1 Currency. All deposits, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals on the ids188 platform are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). Members are not exposed to currency-conversion risk when using any supported local payment method.
4.2 Supported Deposit Methods. ids188 currently accepts deposits via the following channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata (bank transfers); and OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja (e-wallet transfers). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25.000. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and VIP tier; current limits are displayed in the deposit section of the member dashboard.
4.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits via supported bank transfers and e-wallets are credited to your ids188 Balance instantly in most cases. In the event of a delay, you should contact support with your transfer receipt. ids188 will not process deposits originating from payment accounts not registered in your own name.
4.4 Withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Withdrawal requests are processed by ids188's finance team 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Standard bank transfer withdrawals complete within approximately one (1) hour of approval. E-wallet withdrawals typically complete within fifteen (15) minutes. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume, public holidays, or pending KYC verification.
4.5 Withdrawal Fees. ids188 does not charge fees on standard withdrawal transactions. Your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transfer fees; ids188 has no control over and accepts no liability for such third-party charges.
4.6 Withdrawal to Registered Account Only. Funds may only be withdrawn to a payment account registered in your own name and previously used to deposit into your ids188 Account, or to an account verified as belonging to you during the KYC process. ids188 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal request.
4.7 Anti-Money Laundering. ids188 complies with interna tional anti-money laundering (AML) standards. We reserve the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any Account exhibiting unusual transaction patterns. Accounts under AML review may have withdrawal processing temporarily suspended pending resolution. ids188 may report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities where legally required to do so.
5.1 ids188 offers a range of promotional bonuses, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bet credits, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, Indonesian Independence Day (17 August), and major sporting tournaments including BRI Liga 1 and the UEFA Champions League.
5.2 All bonus offers are subject to specific terms stated at the time of the promotion, including minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games or bet types, wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, and expiry dates. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific term shall prevail.
5.3 Wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe stated in the applicable promotion. Any Bonus Funds or associated winnings remaining at the expiry of the stated period will be forfeited automatically.
5.4 ids188 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time and without prior notice, particularly where evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, or systematic exploitation is detected.
5.5 Bonus Abuse. The following activities constitute bonus abuse and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Bonus Funds, and potential forfeiture of associated winnings: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using low-margin or zero-risk wagering strategies designed solely to satisfy rollover requirements, coordinating with other Members to generate artificial qualifying bets, and providing false information to qualify for a promotion.
5.6 Bonus Funds and Real Funds are held separately within your Account Balance. Real Funds are used first in all wagering transactions unless the applicable promotion specifies otherwise. Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn directly; only winnings generated from Bonus Fund wagers, once the relevant wagering requirement is fully satisfied, may be transferred to your withdrawable balance.
6.1 All bets and wagers placed on ids188 are final once confirmed. Members are responsible for verifying the accuracy of their selection, stake amount, and bet type before submission. ids188 will not reverse a confirmed wager on the basis of a Member's error in selection.
6.2 Sports Betting. Odds are subject to change prior to bet confirmation. The odds displayed at the moment a bet is confirmed and accepted by the system are the odds that apply to that wager. ids188 operates Asian handicap markets (known locally as voor bola — a spread-style betting format widely used in Indonesia), over/under markets, outright winner markets, and mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bet types across all major sports and leagues covered on the platform.
6.3 Match Postponements and Cancellations. In the event that a sporting fixture is postponed and not played within 24 hours of the originally scheduled kick-off time, all single bets on that fixture will be voided and stakes returned. Mix parlay legs involving a voided fixture will be removed from the accumulator, with the remaining legs continuing at recalculated odds.
6.4 Live Betting. In-play odds fluctuate rapidly. ids188 reserves the right to suspend live betting markets at any time, including immediately following significant on-field events. Bets placed during a market suspension period will be voided.
6.5 Togel Games. Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draw results are sourced from the officially recognized draw agencies for each market (Singapore, Hongkong, Sydney, Macau). ids188 bears no responsibility for errors or delays in official draw publications. In the event of a disputed result, the official draw agency's published outcome shall be definitive.
6.6 Casino & Slot Games. All casino game outcomes are determined by certified RNG systems or, in the case of live dealer titles, by physical game equipment operated at regulated studios by providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and other licensed studios. Published Return to Player (RTP) figures are theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee specific outcomes for individual sessions.
6.7 ids188 reserves the right to void any bet or game result where a material technical error, data feed failure, or clear pricing error is identified. Members will be notified and stakes refunded in such cases.
7.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ids188 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant legal authorities:
7.2 ids188 employs sophisticated fraud-detection systems that monitor Account activity in real time. The Platform reserves the right to withhold withdrawals and freeze Account balances during any investigation into suspected prohibited conduct. If an investigation concludes that a violation has occurred, ids188's determination shall be final, subject to the dispute resolution procedure in Clause 12.
8.1 All content on the ids188 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, databases, odds data, and game content — is the exclusive property of ids188 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8.2 Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. No other rights are granted.
8.3 You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the ids188 platform without prior written consent from ids188.
9.1 The ids188 platform and all Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ids188 makes no warranty, express or implied, as to the uninterrupted or error-free availability of the platform.
9.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ids188 shall not be liable for:

9.4 In all other circumstances, ids188's total aggregate liability to any Member arising from or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.1 ids188 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms & Conditions and forms part of the binding agreement between you and ids188.
10.2 By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of identity verification (KYC), fraud detection, customer support, and platform personalization.
Data Security: All data transmitted between your device and the ids188 platform is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption. ids188 does not sell, rent, or share your personal data with unauthorized third parties. For full details, please review our Privacy Policy.
11.1 ids188 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at any time and without prior notice where:
11.2 Upon termination of an Account for reasons other than breach, any Real Funds balance remaining after the settlement of all open wagers will be returned to the Member's verified payment method within a reasonable period, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
11.3 Members who wish to voluntarily close their Account may contact the ids188 support team at any time. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 48 hours. Responsible Gaming self-exclusion requests will be processed immediately.
12.1 These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to ids188's operating jurisdiction.
12.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute regarding a bet outcome, account transaction, or promotional award, Members should contact the ids188 support team in the first instance. The support team will endeavor to resolve all complaints within five (5) business days of receipt. Where a complaint cannot be resolved at the first-instance support level, it will be escalated to the ids188 compliance team for a formal review, the outcome of which will be communicated in writing.
12.3 ids188's decision on all matters relating to bet settlement, game outcomes, and promotional eligibility shall be final, except in cases of manifest error on the part of ids188, in which case the Platform reserves the right to void and reprocess the affected wager or transaction.
12.4 Nothing in this clause shall prevent a Member from seeking recourse through any applicable consumer protection mechanism available under Indonesian law.
13.1 ids188 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Members via a platform notification or email to the registered address at least seven (7) days before the revised terms take effect, where practicable.
13.2 The most current version of these Terms & Conditions is always available at https://ids188.cam/terms-conditions. The effective date at the top of this document indicates the date on which the current version came into force.
13.3 Your continued use of the ids188 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact support to close your Account.
